The Lodge was opened
in regular form, and after Secretary Bro. Gregor Milne read the
minutes, The R.W.M. Directed the Deacons to carry out their duty,
the candidate 'Mr McLeod' entered the lodge and the ceremony of
his initiation was carried out.
The Candidate's Father Bro. Alan McLeod and Brother Mark McLeod
were invited onto the floor, by the R.W.M. to congratulate newly
initiated Bro. McLeod
Bro. McLeod was then congratulated by the R.W.M
and the brethren of the lodge
The R.W.M Arthur Humphreys, then gave a short
speach on his travels to Virginia in the USA. where he visited Fairfax
Lodge No 43 in Culpeper, the R.W.M told the Brethren how the Master
of Fairfax Lodge wears a 'Top hat' to conduct his ceremony and bretheren
who come on to the floor, wear a 'trilby' hat to conduct their business,
this the brethren found interesting.
The Right Worshipfull Master, Arthur R Humphreys of Lodge St. John
Operative No.193 then passed on the warm fraternal Greetings from
the Worshipfull Master Bro. Carl Kincheloe and his officers and
Brethren of 'Faifax Lodge No 43 Culpeper, on the roll of the Grand
Lodge of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
T he greetings from across the Atlantic were warmly accepted by
the Brethren
The R.W.M then told the brethren that he would
supply me with some photogrphs of his visit to be put on our web

Fraternal greetings were extended from visiting
lodges
the Lodge was closed in Peace and Harmony until
the next meeting
A warm invitation was extended to all brethren
to attend the harmony in the Lodge rooms after the conclusion of
the ceremony, which was warmly enjoyed, in brief all attending had
